Position: Chairman of the Board, Director
Mr. Judge completed degrees in Commerce, Jurisprudence and Laws at the University of Western Australia before qualifying as a Barrister and Solicitor specialising in international mergers and acquisitions law.
Mr. Judge is a resident of Monaco from where he is involved in private investment and restructuring technology, resource and oil and gas companies.
Mr. Judge has extensive business management experience having held a number of public company directorships and more recently having been engaged in the establishment or corporate restructure of technology, mining and oil and gas companies in Australia, the UK, US, Brazil, Argentina, Canada and the Philippines.
Mr. Judge is also Chairman of Brazilian Diamonds Limited which is listed on the Toronto and London Stock Exchanges. Mr. Judge is also a director and/or officer of Alto Ventures Ltd,Empire Mining Corp., Columbus Gold Corporation, Blockshield Corporation Plc and Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd.

Position: Vice President, Exploration Manager
Danilo Silva has over 20 years of experience in the natural resources industry, including over 11 years as a geologist in base and precious metal mining exploration. Mr. Silva has served as Senior Geologist and Project Manager for Yamana Resources and Compañía Minera Polimet, as Senior Geologist for Buenaventura, and as General Manager for Platero Resources. While serving in these positions, he discovered numerous viable gold and silver targets.
Mr. Silva has led successful exploration and drill programs and has managed the advancement of numerous projects, including the discovery and development of the Mina Martha high-grade silver mine in Santa Cruz Province. Mr. Silva has served as a consulting geologist for several companies, including Placer Dome and Hidefield Gold PLC. He holds a degree in Geological Science from the National University at Bahia Blanca, in Argentina.

Position: Non Executive Director (Director of Brazilian Diamonds Limited & Commercial Director of Ridge Mining plc)
Mr. Johnstone is the Commercial Director of Ridge Mining plc, a company listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. Ridge Mining plc is focussed on the exploration and development of Platinum Group Metals Projects in South Africa. Mr. Johnstone has 15 years experience in the mining industry dealing principally with project and corporate finance and commercial issues. He has also been a director of Brazilian Diamonds Limited since 1999.

Position: Non Executive Director (Director of Dewden Pty Ltd)
Mr. Ashley is a career bullion banker having spent 18 years with NM Rothschild Group companies as Head of Treasury at Rothschild Australia and later as Global Head of Treasury in London. His financial engineering skills were a key contributor to Rothschild Australia's well recognized leadership in the financing and hedging of Australian gold projects. He has been directly involved in most aspects of the gold industry from the acquisition and revitalisation of the Golden West and MRO refineries, in Perth and Port Moresby, to the wholesale supply of finished bars into Asian markets. He was Chairman of the London Gold Market Fixing Limited and a member of the Management Committee of the London Bullion Market Association.
Mr Ashley has a continuing professional interest in trading and risk management in commodities markets and in the development of financing strategies for metals producers.
He is based in London, has an association with the commodities division of an international bank and is Chairman of Trafigura Asset Management Limited.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McGrath is a professional accountant who has spent the last nine years providing financial management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration and oil and gas exploration companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and has attained two professional accounting designations - CGA and CPA.
